What is public
Only the professional’s explicitly published profile, services and approved answers are public. Drafts remain private.
What the professional receives
When you confirm a request, the professional receives your name, email and the summary you reviewed. The inbox does not expose your full conversation.
Local first-release retention
Conversation access expires after 30 days. Automatic deletion is not implemented in this local release; database records remain until an authorized operator deletes them. Do not enter confidential financial records. See docs/PRIVACY.md for the deletion procedure.
About the representative
The development demo produces scripted responses without external model calls. When OpenAI is enabled, public chat sends approved published facts and bounded recent context. The private owner assistant can send relevant private knowledge and CRM records to OpenAI to answer or perform requested actions. Responses use store:false; provider retention terms still apply. Verified phone numbers are used for sign-in codes through the configured SMS service. The public representative cannot enter contracts or provide case-specific professional advice.
